Jovan Ruvalcaba is a Tucson-based attorney and disability rights advocate. Jovan currently serves on the Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Advisory Board for the US-Israel Fulbright Commission. Prior to serving in his current position, Jovan proudly served as a board member of the Arizona Center for Disability Law (2016-2019) and as a legislative intern in the United States Senate on behalf of the American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD). Jovan is a two-time Fulbright Scholarship recipient and a former AmeriCorps service member. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and a J.D. from the University of Arizona, and an LL.M. degree specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Law from Tel Aviv University.
